Clinic rooms are on the Ground floor. Please check-in at reception and take a seat in the waiting area and your clinician will come to collect you.
Connect Health reception is to the right when entering the building and the waiting area is directly in front of you.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
