Pension

Planning for the future is important. Connect Health offers a pension scheme to all eligible colleagues, currently this is provided by The People’s Pension. Employer contribution of 3% and employee contribution of 5%.

Holidays

Connect Health colleagues receive a minimum of 25 days' annual leave + 8 bank holidays.

Day Off on Your Birthday

Everyone is eligible to receive a day off with pay for their birthday. This is in addition to annual leave allowance. And don’t worry if it falls on a weekend, you can still have an extra day off in the week.

Holiday Buy/Sell

We love to offer flexibility at Connect Health. This scheme allows colleagues some flexibility to alter their entitlement by buying or selling some of their leave.

Colleague Rewards

We offer a range of rewards including a Well-being Centre promoting advice and guidance on health and well-being, discounts for retailers and the opportunity to send e-cards to colleagues. Colleagues can also get their annual HCPC registration reimbursed annually, following 12 months of service.

Recognition Scheme

Our 'Bees-Knees' awards are our quarterly awards, which allow colleagues to nominate their peers for recognition when they have demonstrated our company values. We also offer Long Service Awards, where colleagues who reach milestones receive vouchers.

Car Lease Scheme

We have a car lease scheme with everything you need to source your next car the tax efficient way! Connect Health introduced this benefit, to give colleagues the opportunity to finance the purchase of a new car. Costs for depreciation, servicing, tyres, motor insurance and road fund licence are all included in one monthly payment.

Cycle to Work

Want to get fit, help the environment or just love cycling? By taking advantage of some unique tax incentives available through Connect Health and Ride2Work, you can save up to 50% off the cost of a new bike and cycling accessories!

Christmas Savings Club

If December tends to sneak up on you, this initiative allows colleagues to have a monthly deduction from their salary put in to a savings pot throughout the year and then this paid back to them in their November salary to assist with Christmas shopping!

Just Ask Policy

Need some flexibility for short term or ad hoc working? We recognise that people go the extra mile to support our business. So if you need time off during working hours for personal matters, e.g. attending appointments and school events, it may be beneficial to work from home (if normally office based).

Colleague Referral Scheme

Spread the word! Colleagues who recommend a friend to work at Connect Health are entitled to receive £250 once the new colleague has started and passed their 3-month probation period.

Flu Vaccinations

This is an initiative where our colleagues are offered the opportunity to receive a flu vaccination on site or are entitled to claim this back if they receive a vaccination offsite.

Group Life Cover

Group Life Cover provides peace of mind and a usually tax-free lump sum pay out to loved ones in the event of an untimely death, helping to relieve money worries during a very difficult time. All colleagues will be eligible for cover at a minimum of 2 x annual salary. You will be eligible for this benefit as soon as you join Connect Health, up to the maximum age of 75.
