When it is needed, we provide immediate access to physiotherapy support, advice and treatment, either via our PhysioLine service, or face to face with a fully qualified, Chartered Physiotherapist.
Through our unique, proactive biopsychosocial approach, we offer tailored rehabilitation, along with an exploration of attitudes and beliefs associated with injury and the return to normal function, facilitating a self-management approach through a series of guided exercises and advice specific to the individual.
Regular communication with the client ensures they are aware of the status of their employees, facilitating an efficient and appropriate return to work plan.
PhysioLine provides your employees with immediate access to a qualified physiotherapist over the phone, who can provide a detailed assessment, as well as tailored advice and education. Acting as a triage service, they can refer the employee onto further, face to face treatment if necessary, or provide information and help to self-manage.
F2F Physiotherapy (onsite/offsite)
Our flagship onsite service takes a biopsychosocial approach to your employees, focusing not just on the injury but on all surrounding factors, and creating an individual work-focused support plan to help each employee back to full fitness quickly and efficiently. Through our reporting, we can help you to identify any injury patterns, and then discuss how these can be mitigated against.
Our off-site service relies on a national network of quality-assured physiotherapy practices, meaning that wherever they are, your employees can have quick access to the help they need.
