On arrival information
On arrival follow the signs to “BCOM Clinic” and head to the clinic reception. Inform the reception staff that you are there for a Connect Health appointment. They will check you in and direct you to the waiting area where your clinician will come to collect you.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
