Susan graduated as a Physiotherapist from University of Hertfordshire in 2015. She started her career working for the NHS in Barts Health as a Rotational Band 5 Physiotherapist working across both in/out-patient departments.
For the last 6.5 years Susan specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy working for Connect health in various services. Susan started at Connect Health in 2017 as a Senior Physiotherapist and progressed to a Team Lead in 2020 and has been a Operations Manager since December 2021 to present. She is a firm believer that physiotherapy is about helping people understand and believe in the inherent strength of their bodies and supporting them to make positive behaviour changes that improve quality of life.
