National Apprenticeship Week 2023

Connect Health is currently supporting 25 colleagues as they complete apprenticeships in a range of different subjects.

10 February 2023

The theme for this National Apprenticeships week is “Skills for Life” and is celebrated from 6th-12th February. This nation-wide celebration reflects on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and help businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with skills for the future.

The week brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.

At Connect Health, we offer colleagues the chance to apply for apprenticeships in the field of study which they are interested in, whether this is clinical study or another area of expertise. Connect Health provide apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 7, encouraging our colleagues to develop their skills further or taking their first steps into a new field of learning. Some of the courses we offer even include degrees and options for further study to achieve a masters!

Sarah Eblett, Learning and Development Programme Lead, Connect Health says:

I was attracted to Connect Health because of the wonderful culture and family orientated feel. There is a clear investment in our people through Learning and Development, which we feel is so important. The role is a bigger challenge for me and there is a wider scope of work that I will be leading on and involved with.

An apprenticeship is a great opportunity to not only develop your skills, but also support the development and growth of Connect Health.
