Tom has been working with Connect Health in Wolverhampton since June 2017. He has a degree in Biological Sciences and MSc in Physiotherapy (pre-registration) from the University of Birmingham. Prior to working with Connect, he worked in the NHS in Wolverhampton as a Senior Physiotherapist in a musculoskeletal outpatient department.
Tom loves working in a multi-disciplinary pain team, helping guide people in managing persistent pain. He finds the underpinning science behind pain fascinating and tries to use this to help people make sense of and manage their pain.
When he’s not working, Tom enjoys the demands of being a father to two daughters. He also loves running and is a member of his local running club in Birmingham. In addition to this, he is a keen violinist, having previously played in several bands.
