Sarah qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2005 and went onto specialise in the musculoskeletal field after two years of general rotations. She has enjoyed working in both the NHS and private sector for several years.

Sarah has extensive experience working in a variety of musculoskeletal settings some examples of which are rugby sports teams, lower limb amputee rehab, post operative ward and outpatient departments. She regularly teaches Pilates classes and enjoys doing sports performance strength and condition work with equestrian athletes.

Sarah enjoys always learning and consolidating her knowledge and skills to provide a holistic approach to individual needs and conditions. In her own time she enjoys an active lifestyle in the countryside horse riding, cycling, running, regular Pilates and family down time.
