Lauren qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2015. She initially worked on a Stroke Unit with the NHS at Queens Hospital, predominantly providing rehabilitation and respiratory care. Throughout her time here she also gained experience working in ITU, Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal Outpatients, before joining Connect Health in October 2016 as a Junior Physio.

Lauren has since progressed to her current role as Team Lead, which she started in September 2019. She enjoys how diverse her role is and being able to support and care for both her patients and peers. She is passionate about the role of Physiotherapy and how beneficial it is for individuals and their overall health.

Lauren enjoys weightlifting and running in her spare time, she also loves cooking. At the weekend Lauren will be out hiking in the countryside trying to tire out her cocker spaniel.
