Julie joined Connect Health in March 2020 as Director of Patient Experience, managing our Patient Experience & Patient Engagment teams.
Julie is a strong Leader and Programme Manager with a track record of creating high performing teams and successful change delivery. She has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, banking and large contact centres, with a record of achievement in project management, transformational change, Operational set ups and business improvement.
Julie is committed to making Connect Health a great place to work for colleagues and Patient Engagement is high on the agenda to ensure operational effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of the best patient experience.
