Affectionately known as Bart, Bartek has gained a wealth of experience working both in the NHS and private sector over the past 10 years. Graduating from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSC (Hons) in Physiotherapy, he has covered all core physiotherapy disciplines, now specialising in Musculoskeletal conditions. In addition Bart has a Bsc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Portsmouth, where he worked alongside Portsmouth FC in his final year of study.
Bart’s experience has allowed him to work with a range of clients, from those suffering with everyday occupational or work related issues, to post operative rehabilitation and high level amateur athletes in the local area.
He has provided physiotherapy support for runners in the London Marathon and worked in the past with local Rugby and football teams. Bart is a qualified acupuncturist and uses this alongside a holistic approach to his patient care to maximise sporting or day to day performance.
He has a wide professional development portfolio with a focus on spinal treatment and management, and has a personal keen interest in lower limb rehabilitation. He uses principles of strength and conditioning as well as a very hands on manual approach to address his clients needs.
Bart is a keen cross-fitter and participates in Olympic weightlifting in his free time. This allows him to bring his own competitive experience into helping others achieve their fitness goals.
