Service Manger

Emily qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of Hertfordshire in 2003 and worked within University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, before joining Connect Health in 2008. Emily initially worked as an Occupational Health and NHS clinician, before progressing to a Team Leader role in Connects Occupational Health Physiotherapy services. This involved working within and account managing contracts across a wide variety of business sectors including manufacturing, transport and service industry.

In 2019, Emily moved back to NHS services and became a Service Transition Manager for Connect, which involves supporting and co-ordinating the implementation of new contracts across the country. As Service Manager for Berkshire West, Emily’s role includes supporting Berkshire West Physiotherapy staff, and the operational delivery and development of the service across the contract.

Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time with her young family, friends and running in the great outdoors.

Senior Physiotherapist

Agnes qualified as a Physiotherapist from Sport Academy in Warsaw in 2007. She has worked with adults with learning difficulties before receiving her HCPC registration in 2010. She worked within Croydon Health Service NHS Trust, Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust and BMI Hospitals, before joining Connect Health in 2021.

As a Spinal Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner Agnes’ worked within a dynamic team assessing patients with acute and chronic spinal conditions. She also regularly collaborated with the Spinal Consultants, Radiologists, Trauma Service, Rheumatology, Orthopaedics and Pain clinics in primary or secondary care to formulate and deliver a patient centred management and treatment plan.

As a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Agnes manages a wide aspect of patients with wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain and post-operative orthopaedic patients. She has also worked as a head of hydrotherapy at Croydon Health Service NHS Trust. Agnes is passionate about patient centered and evidence base care for all her patients
