Planning your visit
By road
From M62, take the exit towards A639 and then follow A656/Park Road. Once you get to the roundabout, take your 2nd exit onto Holywell Lane. Follow this road until you get to Poskitt Pallets Limited on your left-hand side. At those traffic lights, take a left onto Fryston Road. Stay on this road for 1.2 miles then turn right onto Park Dale. Follow the road and the centre will be on your left-hand side.
By public transport
The nearest bus stop is located on Wheldon Road which is a 5=minute walk from the Centre. The closest train station is Glasshoughton Station.
On arrival information
The clinic room is located downstairs. Please take a seat in ground floor main waiting area.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
