On arrival information
After going through the electric doors, check in at the main reception. They will be expecting you and sign post you to the therapy suite. This is on the first floor and can be accessed up the stairs and the lift. Follow the door labelled ‘therapy suite’ (on the right if form the lift and left from the stairs). Follow the door with ‘Physiotherapy’ above it and take a seat opposite the information board. A clinician will come and call you at your appointment time.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
