On arrival information
Make your way through both electric doors. Walk past Podiatry (the first two doors on the right) and make your way to the end. Step down and take a seat in the area with the chairs on the left. This area has a ‘Physiotherapy’ sign above it.
There is no waiting area and you do not need to make yourself known to a clinician unless you are late for the appointment. One of the team will call you through for your appointment. For disabled access, there is a ramp in the car park at the back. In the winter this will be locked so press the bell on the door. In the summer this will generally be open, please come through and let one of us know and we can direct you to the waiting area.
Important information
If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
