On arrival information

On entry there please use the self-check in screen in the waiting area. Signage is in place for patients.

There is no onsite car parking but there are offsite car parks which can be used.

Elms Parade Car Park/Westminster Way Car Park ‘on-the-ground’ has approximately 35 spaces and 2 ‘disabled spaces’ which are marked as such but regular size. There is 2 hours free parking with the option to pay beyond this and it is publicly accessible without customer-only restriction. this car park is approximately 0.4 miles from Hanborough House.

Seacourt Park & Ride (not retail car park) is free for up to 1 hour, £2 for 1-16 hours. There are hundreds of parking spaces but it is very busy and tends to fill up nearer to us first. It is 0.3 miles from Hanborough House technically, but the space you are likely to get on a week day could add another 400m+ to this.

We are on a bus route (Minns Industrial Estate Bus Stop, for 4A, 33, 63E1 NU1 S6, S9, NS9), the stop is less than 100m away from the front door.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
