By road
From Gainsborough Central Station it is a 4-minute drive to the Health Centre. Follow Station Approach and turn left onto Beaumont Street, keep going onto Trinity Street until you get to McDonald’s and Tesco. Turn right at the next traffic light. On your left should be Wilco Motosave. Keep going on Heaton Street, turn left and the Health Centre is located on the corner opposite Gainsborough Children’s Centre.
By public transport
Gainsborough Bus Station is on Heaton Street which is a 2-minute walk to the Health Centre. The nearest train station is Gainsborough Central which is 0.6 miles away.
On arrival information
When you go through the main doors the main reception desk is on your left. Once you check-in please take a seat in the waiting area in front of you. Your clinician will come to collect you from this area to take you to the treatment room.
Please note this is the main reception desk for the medical centre and the waiting area is the main waiting area for the medical centre also.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
