By road
Please note that the Cleckheaton MSK Hub is not located within the Cleckheaton Medical Centre. It is a separate premises 2 doors down on the same street, next to the local pharmacy.
By public transport
The nearest bus station is located on Greenside which is a 1-minute walk from the venue.
On arrival information
Clinics are labelled with which room they will be in e.g Cleckheaton Hub Ground Floor R1 or Cleckheaton GF R1 for patient who cannot manage the stairs. Wheelchair users to enter the building via the back entrance- 3 ground floor rooms and 2 upstairs rooms.
Accessibility
If you have accessibility requirements you’ll be booked into a ground floor room at Cleckheaton MSK Hub.
We are wheelchair accessible by the back entrance. However, there is a ridge on the door so if your wheelchair is motorised it may be difficult to access.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
