On arrival information

St Stephen’s Health Centre is located on St Stephen’s Walk (Ashford TN23 5AQ). There is a free patient car park to the right hand side of the building. On entering the main entrance we are required to sign in at the Reception desk. Our allocated clinic room is located on the first floor and the lift within this clinic is in good working order. There is a waiting area in Reception and in front of the clinic room for patients.

At the time of their appointment the Physiotherapist or MSK clinician walks from the room to the waiting area to collect the patient, which is approx. 10 metres there and back. Room sizes are 5mx3.5m. At any time there could be 3 people in the rooms (staff member, patient and carer/partner/interpreter). It is in these rooms that assessments and treatment sessions take place. Connect Health do not maintain any rooms or equipment contained in these premises. Connect Health occupy this room once a week on Friday.
