Don’t be a DNA: If you Do Not Attend (DNA) or you are late to your appointment without notifying us, you may be discharged from this service.
The ‘On arrival’ information would remain unchanged
Enter the practice through the two sets of sliding doors at the front of the building and take an immediate left through the door next to the pharmacy. Walk straight down the corridor until you reach the reception and waiting area at the end. Check in with reception and take a seat in the waiting area. When the clinician is ready, they will come and collect you from the waiting area and escort you to the treatment room.
Please note that clinic days at this venue rotate regularly to provide a wider choice for our patients.
