This keeps patient waiting times low and helps to reduce NHS costs. If you do not give us sufficient notice, you may be discharged from this service.
Don’t be a DNA: If you Do Not Attend (DNA) or you are late to your appointment without notifying us, you may be discharged from this service.
The ‘On arrival’ information would remain unchanged
Enter through the main entrance and turn left. Register your name with receptionist and take a seat in the waiting area. When the clinician is ready, they will collect you from the waiting area and take you to the treatment room.
If the main car park is full, you should be able to park in the surrounding streets. However, please remember to check for any restrictions, as we cannot be held responsible for any fine incurred.
Please note that clinic days at this venue rotate regularly to provide a wider choice for our patients.
