This keeps patient waiting times low and helps to reduce NHS costs. If you do not give us sufficient notice, you may be discharged from this service.
Don’t be a DNA: If you Do Not Attend (DNA) or you are late to your appointment without notifying us, you may be discharged from this service.
The ‘On arrival’ information would remain unchanged
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as you may have to fill in some documentation and have your blood pressure taken before you enter the gym. If you need to get changed, please do so before your scheduled appointment so that we can start you appointment on time and get the most out of your session.
Please note: The gym staff who wear green T-shirts are not employed by us and they will not have any information about you or your appointment times. Additionally the reception staff in the gym will not be able to rebook you for your follow up appointments.
