This keeps patient waiting times low and helps to reduce NHS costs. If you do not give us sufficient notice, you may be discharged from this service.
Don’t be a DNA: If you Do Not Attend (DNA) or you are late to your appointment without notifying us, you may be discharged from this service.
The ‘On arrival’ information would remain unchanged
For those who are driving to the clinic, there is pay and display parking at the front and to the side of the building.
Once you have entered the building, make your way to the reception desk on the left. Give your name and state the clinic you are booked into (MSK CATS) to the receptionist, they will then direct you appropriately. Take a seat in the waiting area you are directed to. When the clinician is ready, they will come and collect you from the waiting area and escort you to the treatment room.
Please note that clinic days at this venue rotate regularly to provide a wider choice for our patients.
