Keep us informed: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, so it can be offered to someone else. This keeps patient waiting times low and helps to reduce NHS costs. If you do not give us sufficient notice, you may be discharged from this service.
Don’t be a DNA: If you Do Not Attend (DNA) or you are late to your appointment without notifying us, you may be discharged from this service.
The ‘On arrival’ information would remain unchanged
Please make your way downstairs and check in with reception. Please let the receptionist know that you are here for an IMATT appointment and take a seat in the waiting area, adjacent to reception.
Please note: you do not need to use the computer system to check in.
When the clinician is ready, they will come and collect you from the waiting area and escort you to the treatment room.
The treatment room is located on the first floor, however for patients who are unable to use the stairs, there is a lift available.
Please note that clinic days at this venue rotate regularly to provide a wider choice for our patients.
