About the role
We’ve a great opportunity to join us as a Transcription Coordinator to ensure an efficient comprehensive typing/transcription and administrative service for our community health services.
You’ll support our Consultants and Clinicians within the community services division in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act and Connects Confidentiality guidelines to maximise patient care. You’ll be typing clinical letters, and other patient related documents ensuring, that all work leaving the department is of the highest quality in terms of presentation and layout and is dispatched within the agreed timescales.

Who we’re looking for
To be a success in the role, we’re looking for you to proven knowledge and experience of all patient administration systems used for the delivery of services; this will include advanced keyboard skills to ensure speed and accuracy.
You’ll ideally have experience of audio typing and have RSA up to level 2, along with an AMSPAR Certificate too. You’ll have excellent communications skills and be able to build good relationships with staff at all levels.
