The Wolverhampton Integrated MSK Service delivers Community based Rehabilitation Therapy, Physiotherapy, Pain Management and Rheumatology services.
The service manager would be an integral part of our regional management team and be responsible for the quality delivery of clinical, operational and financial KPI’s for the service. They would be expected to work collaboratively with key external stakeholders and partners, and oversee the successful management and leadership of approx. 15 staff; ensuring the service is recognised as a great place to work.
The right candidate will be a people manager with a track record of delivering tangible results in a field based role, particularly in a healthcare/NHS related role. You’ll be an excellent communicator and an assertive decision maker who is passionate about delivering and maintaining high standards of clinical care, service delivery and staff well-being.
We’re looking for you to have demonstrable experience of the ability to attract, develop and retain an engaged team. You’ll have a strong commercial focus and commitment to delivering on KPIs and financial performance targets. This is a pro-active position and you’ll need to achieve against a backdrop of a changing work environment and commercial pressures.
It’s likely you will have experience of supplying services into the public or corporate/clinical sector, however we are also interested in hearing from people with great regional or area management experience, who are interested in stepping into the world of clinical services.
