The post requires the management and leadership of a community physiotherapy service for the patients of Brent. It has been commissioned by the local CCG to provide the highest standards of clinical care to patients utilising the service. You will also have a responsibility to ensure the highest standards are met by our key stakeholders e.g. GP’s, patient groups, commissioners, secondary care providers etc.
You’ll be a people manager with a track record of delivering results in a field-based role, particularly in a healthcare/NHS related role. You’ll be an excellent communicator and an assertive decision maker who is passionate about delivering and maintaining high standards of clinical care and service delivery.
We’re looking for you to have demonstrable experience of the ability to attract, develop and retain an engaged team. This team will consist of administrative and clinical components and their well-being and performance will be your responsibility to not only maintain but to enhance.
You’ll have a strong commercial focus and commitment to delivering on KPIs and financial performance targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of clinical care within the service. This is a pro-active position and you’ll need to achieve against a backdrop of a changing work environment and commercial pressures.
It’s likely you will have experience of supplying services into the public or corporate/clinical sector, however we are also interested in hearing from people with great regional or area management experience, who are interested in stepping into the world of clinical services.
