“The best thing about Connect – for me it’s the opportunity to develop”
Connect Health is the largest specialised independent provider of community musculoskeletal (MSK) services in the UK, serving over 300k NHS patients per year and 85 businesses.
We are dedicated in delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable.
Join our motivated, ambitious and fast-growing team. We focus on competency, developing talent and offer great flexibility. You’ll need to be a member of the Society of Sports Therapists and hold a 1st BSc in Sports Therapy and ideally you will hold a care certificate.
If you have experience in constructing exercise programmes and delivering them with great results, whilst striving to develop yourself and others to consistently deliver outstanding care, then we would love to hear from you. We currently provide rehabilitation to a number of our patients in a gym/rehab environment. You would be working alongside our physiotherapists providing exercise to get great results for a number of different conditions, from persistent back pain and osteoarthritis to sporting injuries.
Connect Health also offers excellent opportunities for you to improve your own skillset. We offer an outstanding in-service training/teaching programme, supervision sessions with our senior staff and the opportunity for you to go on internal and external courses. There is the chance for career progression into more senior clinical or operations roles. Our performance related pay scale also means you could earn up to a 5% pay increase each year.
