About the role
We have excellent opportunities to join our Projects, Innovation & Change team as Project Manager reporting to the Head of Risk and Assurance. We have opportunities for three new Project Managers to support business improvement and change initiatives, service improvement, project management and assisting with managing people through change across the organisation.
We are always looking at innovative ways to improve existing services and launch new services, the Project Manager will play a key role in helping Connect innovate and lead the way in areas such as MSK, pain management and orthopaedics. Some of the projects we are currently working on include virtual consultations, self-management apps, chatbots, health hubs and a different approach to the typical pain management programme.
You will manage key projects ensuring they delivered within budget and on time. They must be within agreed quality standards, and you will ensure they are defined and have clear scope and aim. You will produce and provide reports in relation to project progress, risks, issues and project resource implications.
Ensuring appropriate Project and Change Management protocols are used in a consistent manner are critical to ensure we deliver projects successfully in accordance with project objectives.
Who we’re looking for
You will be driven and demonstrate a passion in terms of leading initiatives to deliver end results that continue to ensure Connect are pioneering and dynamic. You will have exceptional organisation skills and be experienced in project management methodologies.
Project management experience in commercial setting is essential and lean / six sigma or similar knowledge is preferable. You will be analytical and have great attention to detail and able to work with financial and operating data.
