About the role
As a Patient Care Advisor, you will be the face of Connect and ensure excellent people centred service is delivered, the patient and the quality of the care received is at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative support service during the patient journey to ensure a smooth patient experience while supporting clinicians to provide an exemplar service. This includes tasks such as booking/changing or cancelling appointments and liaising with other healthcare professionals to obtain the necessary information such as diagnostic reports to ensure a seamless patient experience.
