About the role
We’ve got an exciting new opportunity for a National Operations Manager for our Occupational Physiotherapy Service (OPS). In this role, you will manage the operational delivery of the service across the UK in terms of managing KPI’s, performance and balancing the needs of the customer and Connect Health.
Reporting to our OPS General Manager you will be accountable for ensuring financial and service level performance and high standards of clinical care.
This role will require extensive travel across our North and South regions including Scotland and Wales. Candidates will either be based at our head office in Newcastle upon Tyne or able to be at head office at least 2 days per week.

You’ll be a strong leader who can motivate a team to deliver excellent results in a patient and people focused manner. Experience gained within a service based sector is essential together with commercial awareness and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
