We’ve now got an exciting new opportunity to join our leadership team as Head of Patient Engagement. 

Reporting into our Operations Director, you’ll take the lead on patient engagement channels. Your responsibilities will include ensuring our service to patients reflects their needs and puts them at the forefront of what we do. As a representative of Connect you will attend patient forums and build relationships with other organisations to enhance patient engagement. This will feed into the development of external patient facing communications and the advice you provide to our clinical leadership regarding patient experience and contribute toward its continual improvement and evolvement.  

Who we’re looking for 

You’ll be passionate and committed to delivering fantastic standards in patient engagement and have a great track record of doing so in a commercial environment.  With experience of health and care services you will understand the pressures impacting patients and providers. You’ll be a credible leader who can influence and inspire others and will be able to demonstrate our values – Dynamic, Pioneering, Person Centred and Quality.
