About the role
We’ve a great new opportunity to join us as our Business Intelligence Analyst reporting into our Business Intelligence Team Leader.
You’ll be will be accountable for developing and implementing analytics and reporting requirements to meet all external and internal customer requirements. The post-holder will support the Head of Business Intelligence and Business Intelligence Team Leader to provide high quality Business Intelligence to managerial, clinical and operational staff for strategic, operational and research purposes.
We’re looking for you to work with a high degree of professional confidence and autonomy, to ensure the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions to help drive improvement and efficiency., along with developing and producing a suite of standard reports and dashboards to agreed quality standards
Who we’re looking for
If data excites you and you’ve got proven experience of working with products within the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, then this is the role for you.
You’ll have proven experience knowledge of NHS Standard Contract/Commissioning Reporting Processes and experience of providing guidance and support to junior members of your team.
You’ll have experience of working all levels of people and be able to participate in discussions involving the application creation and understand the requirements and provide the back-end functionality for the applications.
It would be great if you have an understanding of the use of Minimum Data Sets (MDS) within a healthcare setting and knowledge of clinical coding terms, specifically READ v2/v3 and SNOMED CT.
