Our Business Development team is key to growing our business nationally. It’s about building relationships and identifying business opportunities with our existing and potential customers, partnering with them on how Connect can make a real difference to the lives of their employees, and ultimately make a real difference to that performance of that business. The BD team are based across the UK with Business Development Managers based regionally, and central Bid Writers and Analysts based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
